Ref. 0005 - The farmhouse is located in Riena in the central area of Sicily, in the Sicilian Mountains, is of ancient workmanship, perfectly restored celebrating the Spanish architecture of its origin.
The farmhouse is composed of:
- a complex of buildings, of about 1500 square meters, and facilities currently used as farmhouse, in which they insist, hall-entrance, bar, restaurant, kitchens, storage rooms, various services, n.8 bedrooms with bathroom, n.1 bedroom Suite with living area, sleeping area and various services, and other rooms and annexes, terrace and outdoor dining areas.
- Outside areas adjacent to the buildings, of about 5000 square meters, used as outdoor covered patio, 12x6 m underground swimming pool with a green park with olive trees, paved areas, other green areas, parking, road network.
